Meet the Team

The people behind the practice

We work as one team across pets, horses and cattle — everyone here knows your animals, whichever of us you see on the day. Roles below are simply where each person spends most of their time.

Eoin Barry MVB Cert DHH

Practice Partner and Veterinary Surgeon

Eoin is a mixed animal veterinarian who graduated from UCD in 2017. He joined the practice in 2020 after working in Carlow. He has a focus on large animal care and completed a Certificate in Dairy Herd Health from UCD in 2019. In his spare time, he likes playing hurling and farming.

Veterinary Surgeon

Amy graduated from UCD in 2008 and began working with us shortly after as a mixed animal vet. She is now our Small Animal Co-ordinator. Outside of work, showjumping is her favourite hobbie.

Veterinary Surgeon

After graduating from UCD in 2015, Grainne worked in Clare and Donegal before joining us in 2020. She works as a mixed animal vet but has a particular interest in complex small animal medical cases. This led her to complete a Certificate in Small Animal Internal Medicine in 2024. She enjoys horse riding in her spare time.

Veterinary Surgeon

Paul is a former practice partner and has over 40 years’ experience. His main focus of interest is Large Animal Veterinary and particularly herd health medicine. His hobbies include golf and skiing.

Dominika graduated in 2025 from UCD and joined us soon after as a mixed animal vet. She enjoys travelling in her time off.

Veterinary Surgeon

David graduated from UCD in 2023 and worked in Limerick for 1 year before joining us as a mixed animal vet. He has a keen interest in small animal surgery and large animal obstetrics. He enjoys spending time with family and farming in his free time.

Veterinary Nurse

Liz has over 20 years’ experience as a vet nurse, with a particular interest in wound care and bandage changes.

Veterinary Nurse

Caroline joined the practice in 2002. She has a particular interest in anaesthetic monitoring during surgery.

Ber has been with the practice for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience.
