Outside clinic hours your call is answered by the duty vet, who covers pet emergencies at the clinic and farm call-outs across the Fermoy and North Cork area. Out-of-hours visits carry a call-out charge in addition to treatment, and we will explain the likely cost when you phone.

What to do

Keep the animal warm, quiet and still, and avoid food or water unless we advise it.

Use a carrier or blanket to support an injured animal, and bring someone to drive if you can.
